Can I use my loft credit card at Ann Taylor? ›

*Purchase must be made directly with an Ann Taylor or LOFT Credit Card or Ann Taylor or LOFT Mastercard^® Credit Card to earn 5 points/$1 U.S. dollar spent. Purchases made with these cards through a digital wallet (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, etc.) will earn 2 points/$1 U.S. dollar spent.

Points will move from “pending” to “vested” in your account summary within approximately 48 hours of your completion of an Earning Activity, barring any merchandise return. You may view your account summary via Program Account by logging in at www.anntaylor.com or www.loft.com, or by calling our Customer Service Team.

Unwashed, unworn and defective merchandise may also be returned or exchanged at any Ann Taylor store location, with the exception of merchandise from the Maternity and Swimwear Collections.
